About Us
We are a growing natural skincare brand focused on helping women with sensitive and hormonally changing skin feel calm, confident, and cared for through simple, effective products and rituals. As we expand, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations and customer experience.

Position Overview
This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys both structure and creativity. You’ll be supporting customer communication, email marketing, social engagement, and backend organization to help the business run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support
Manage and respond to emails in the Support Inbox daily
Maintain and update the subscriber list weekly
Send weekly email campaigns to customers
Reach out to customers to request reviews and feedback
Send reminder announcements and important updates
Assist with running sales and distributing coupon codes

Brand Liaison
Coordinate with the brand team on updates and communication needs
Help organize, label, and maintain digital files and assets
Ensure brand materials are easy to access and up to date

Social Media Support
Collect and organize customer testimonials and wins (screenshots, reviews, messages)
Assist with posting and managing Instagram Stories to increase engagement
Help track and highlight customer feedback and community interaction

Website Support
Update product listings, descriptions, and basic website content
Ensure product information is accurate and aligned with current offers

Qualifications
Strong written communication skills (friendly, clear, and professional)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar)
Familiarity with Instagram and social media engagement
Comfortable updating websites (Square, Shopify, or similar platforms)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently

Position Details
Remote position
Part-time (with potential to grow)
Flexible hours, with some tasks requiring daily check-ins

- Facebook (for group updates and community support)

Skills & Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Excellent written communication and empathetic customer service tone
- Fast learner, tech-savvy, and comfortable using multiple platforms
- Highly organized with experience in customer growth and rentention
- Reliable, honest, and able to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
- Previous experience in customer support, VA, or operations roles preferred

Compensation
Paid hourly, the pay rate will be discussed during the interview.
