We are a fast-scaling, US-based service firm operating at the intersection of high-efficiency logistics, elite remote talent, and advanced AI systems. We are expanding nationwide — across multiple states simultaneously — and we need the right person to serve as the engine room of our field service provider network.
This is a foundational hire. We are not filling a seat. We are bringing on an A-Player.

What This Role Actually Is
This is not corporate recruiting. There are no job boards to manage, no resumes to screen, no HR pipelines to babysit.
This is high-volume outbound contractor recruiting — think casting at scale. You are reaching out directly to independent contractors, handymen, service technicians, and skilled tradespeople across the United States and inviting them into a free network that puts consistent work in their hands. The pitch is tight. The process is streamlined. The systems are already built. Your job is to work them hard, every single day.

What You'll Do

Use our proprietary AI-assisted platforms to open regional job slots and source targeted contractor and technician leads across multiple states
Execute 150+ outbound touchpoints daily — calls, texts, and emails — using company-provided contact tools
Deliver a short, confident pitch and drive immediate sign-ups through our digital onboarding system
Walk new providers through our operational systems — how we distribute jobs, coordinate parts, and manage logistics end to end
Serve as the gatekeeper of our network — every technician entering must understand our service standards, communication rules, and SOPs before going active
Track every provider through background checks, paperwork, and onboarding phases with meticulous real-time CRM updates
Operate across multiple states and markets simultaneously as part of our ongoing national expansion


What We're Looking For

Native or near-native English fluency is mandatory — you will be calling US-based businesses and technicians daily and must communicate with confidence, clarity, and a neutral accent
A sales background or sales-minded instinct — you are not quoting prices but you are convincing people to take action, and that takes the right approach
The Hunter mindset — you do not wait for applicants to come to you, you pick up the phone, cold call local businesses and technicians, and get them excited to partner with us
High-volume hustle — this role lives and dies by daily activity and you thrive in that environment
Administratively sharp — organized across calls, texts, emails, and CRM entries without dropping the ball
Tech-savvy and adaptable — comfortable with CRM workflows, AI productivity tools, and platforms like Slack, Loom, and WhatsApp Business
Able to operate inside a growing, evolving system — we are actively building and refining alongside you and we need someone who moves with that, not against it


Compensation & Growth

Starting pay: $6.50/hr
Automatic $0.25 raise every 2 months — no asking, no negotiating, you earn it by performing
Maximum base rate: $8.50/hr
Weekly Bonus: $50 for 150 verified sign-ups in a single week
Monthly Bonus: $200 for 500 fully approved and onboarded contractors in a month
Bonuses are stackable — earn both in the same period
This is a permanent, long-term role — we are not hiring for a project or a season
