JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager who can develop and execute SEO strategies that improve rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth.

This is not a role for someone simply publishing blogs and checking keyword rankings. We’re looking for someone who understands the bigger picture of search: technical SEO, content strategy, local optimization, analytics, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies for multiple client accounts
Conduct keyword research and identify growth opportunities
Create content strategies and keyword mapping plans
Perform technical SEO audits and provide recommendations
Optimize website architecture and on-page SEO elements including:
Title tags
Meta descriptions
Internal linking
Schema markup
URL structures
Manage local SEO initiatives, including:
Google Business Profile optimization
Citation management
Multi-location SEO strategies
Analyze competitors and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitor website performance and organic search trends
Collaborate with writers, designers, developers, and account managers
Build SEO reports and communicate results and recommendations
Track and improve KPIs related to rankings, traffic, and conversions
Stay current on algorithm updates and SEO best practices
Qualifications

Required

3–5+ years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong understanding of:
Technical SEO
On-page SEO
Off-page SEO
Local SEO
Content strategy
Experience with:
Google Analytics
Google Search Console
Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms
Google Business Profiles
Experience managing multiple client accounts
Strong understanding of search intent and user behavior
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into action
Strong English communication skills
Excellent organization and project management skills

Preferred

Agency experience
Experience with WordPress websites
Understanding of basic HTML/CSS
Experience with healthcare, retail, legal, or service-industry SEO
Familiarity with conversion rate optimization
Experience with AI-assisted SEO workflows and content optimization
Experience using Looker Studio or reporting tools
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role may be measured by:

Organic traffic growth
Keyword ranking improvements
Increase in qualified leads or conversions
Local search visibility improvements
Technical SEO improvements
Client retention and satisfaction
Accuracy and timeliness of reporting
