ClickUp Specialist

Position Type: Contract or Project Based
Location: Remote, Philippines Preferred
Department: Operations and Systems
Reports To: Operations Manager / Leadership Team

Position Overview

We are seeking a ClickUp Specialist to build, optimize, and maintain internal operational systems inside ClickUp. This role will focus on workflows, automations, dashboards, onboarding systems, integrations, documentation, and operational structure to create scalable processes that support company growth.

The ideal candidate has strong ClickUp experience, understands automation platforms such as Zapier, thinks critically, solves operational problems independently, and can create efficient systems without waiting for step by step instructions.

Key Responsibilities

ClickUp System Development
• Build and maintain ClickUp dashboards
• Create task templates, statuses, custom fields, and automations
• Develop onboarding workflows and contractor management systems
• Build folders, spaces, permissions, and visibility structures
• Optimize workspace organization for scalability

Automation and Integration Management
• Build Zapier integrations between ClickUp, CRM systems, and forms
• Troubleshoot field mapping issues and workflow failures
• Create automated notifications and onboarding sequences
• Test and improve operational automations
• Document automation processes and troubleshooting steps

Dashboard and Reporting
• Design operational dashboards
• Build KPI tracking systems
• Improve reporting visibility across departments
• Create streamlined team workflows

Documentation and Training
• Build and update SOPs and process manuals
• Create training documentation for internal systems
• Support onboarding materials and implementation guides
• Maintain operational knowledge base documentation

Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions
• Make operational decisions when roadblocks occur
• Simplify systems to improve adoption and usability
• Support scaling initiatives across departments

Collaboration
• Work closely with leadership on operational priorities
• Coordinate with team members across systems and processes
• Assist with implementation of operational improvements

Qualifications

Required:
• Advanced ClickUp experience
• Experience building workflows and dashboards
• Zapier automation experience
• Strong systems thinking and process improvement mindset
• Problem solving ability
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Preferred:
• Experience with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel
• Experience with onboarding systems and operations management
• Familiarity with integrations and API workflows
• Experience documenting SOPs and training materials
• Project management experience

Compensation

Contract based or project based compensation depending on experience and scope.
