## Role Summary

Juming Delmas Studios is hiring a **Full-Cycle Podcast Growth Sales Closer** to find, qualify, and close new podcast production and growth clients.

This is not an SDR or appointment-setting role. This person will handle the full sales process from outreach to closing.

## Main Goal

Close new monthly retainer clients for JDS podcast production, video editing, clips, YouTube strategy, SEO, and content distribution services.

## Key Responsibilities

* Research qualified podcast hosts and creator-led businesses
* Send personalized outreach through email, LinkedIn, and Instagram
* Book qualified sales calls
* Run discovery calls
* Identify podcast production and growth needs
* Present JDS podcast packages
* Handle objections
* Send proposals or payment links
* Follow up until closed or lost
* Update CRM daily
* Handoff closed clients to the JDS production team

## Ideal Prospects

The closer should focus on podcast hosts who:

* Already have an active podcast
* Have a business, brand, coaching offer, service, or community
* Need help with editing, clips, YouTube, SEO, or distribution
* Want to grow visibility, authority, leads, or revenue
* Are serious about consistency and growth
