Blue Wave Enterprises is hiring a motivated and confident Cold Caller to help generate off-market real estate opportunities and build relationships with cash buyers.

Monday–Friday
4:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST
Philippines Time: 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM PHT
4 Hours Per Day

Daily Responsibilities:

Seller Calls
Speak with motivated property owners
Qualify leads and gather property information
Build rapport and identify seller motivation

Buyer Calls
Contact cash buyers and investors
Build and update buyer lists
Follow up with active investors

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English speaking skills
Confident and friendly on the phone
Cold calling or sales experience preferred
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Coachable and goal-oriented mindset
Experience Preferred
Real estate wholesaling
Appointment setting
Telemarketing
CRM experience
Compensation
Hourly pay based on experience
