Sales Representative

Engineering staffing firm looking for a Sales Rep to identify clients and arrange initial meetings with the company president.
Relevant experience is far more important than formal education.

CANDIDATES WITHOUT AT LEAST TWO YEARS OF INDUSTRY-SPECIFIC SALES/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXPERIENCE WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED AND PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE -- DO NOT RESPOND

Requirements:

* Prior staffing industry experience (2+ years)
* Ability to "talk technical" with decision-makers
* Familiar with LinkedIn, CRM platforms and other activity tracking methods
* Self-motivated and well-organized, with strong communication skills.

Compensation: Modest salary with a tiered bonus system based upon performance
