WordPress Web Designer + Ecommerce + SEO + CRM Specialist

We are a growing U.S.-based marketing and web agency serving small businesses, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, restaurants, professional services, and mission-driven brands. We build websites that don’t just look good, they generate leads, support sales, and help businesses grow.

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive tea ---------- mber in the Philippines to join our team part-time with potential for long-term growth.

This role is ideal for someone who understands WordPress, ecommerce, SEO, CRM systems, and digital marketing, not just design.

Position:

Part-Time WordPress Web Designer / Ecommerce / SEO & CRM Specialist

Location: Remote (Philippines Preferred)
Hours: Approximately 15–25 hours/week to start
Schedule: Flexible, but must overlap with U.S. Eastern Time for meetings and communication when needed
Employment Type: Part-Time Contractor
Compensation: Based on experience

Responsibilities
Website Design & Development
Build, update, and maintain WordPress websites
Work within builders including:
Divi (preferred)
Elementor
Gutenberg
Create responsive websites optimized for desktop and mobile
Implement landing pages and conversion-focused layouts
Troubleshoot website issues and plugin conflicts
Perform website updates and maintenance
Ecommerce
Build and manage WooCommerce websites
Configure:
Products
Variable products
Payment gateways
Shipping
Checkout optimization
Experience with ecommerce integrations preferred
SEO & Website Optimization
Implement on-page SEO:
Meta titles/descriptions
Schema
Internal linking
Image optimization
Technical SEO basics
Improve page speed and performance
Understand Google Search Console and Analytics
CRM & Marketing Automation

Experience with CRM or automation systems such as:

Pipedrive
Go High Level
HubSpot
Zapier
Make

Email marketing platforms

Ability to:

Build automations
Connect forms to CRM systems
Create workflows
Manage lead pipelines
Additional Preferred Skills

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

Canva
Adobe Creative Suite
Basic graphic design
Social media assets
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Hosting platforms (SiteGround preferred)
DNS/domain management
Basic HTML/CSS/PHP
AI tools for productivity

Required Experience
