AI transition Specialist

Seeking a person with AI expertise to assist us in moving into AI. This will include helping us build the required processes, automation of tasks utilising AI and general transition into the world of AI. We are new to AI so you will need to be paitence with us as we move into the new world of AI

We are a company in the Property Development industry and also employ an VA from Philipines in Administaration. We are warm, friendly and see our team as our extended family.

We are looking for someone who:

Is highly organised and detail-oriented
Is confident using AI tools daily
Thinks critically and proactively
Enjoys solving operational problems
Has excellent written English
Learns quickly and independently
Is comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
Has strong systems thinking and process improvement skills
Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Claude, Make, Airtable, etc.)
