Role Overview
We are an Ed-Tech startup creating cutting-edge learning resources powered by large-language-models (LLMs). We need a detail-oriented Project Manager to own the entire content-production workflow—from market research through publication and social-media launch. You will coordinate researchers, prompt-engineering specialists, quality-assurance LLMs, subject-matter experts, and web/media teams to deliver high-quality educational products at scale.

Key Responsibilities
> Market Research & Specification – Analyse niche education markets, size demand, and define learning-outcome specs.
> Content Generation – Draft structured prompts and oversee automated creation of text, visuals, quizzes, and videos using GPT-4 / Claude-Opus / Gemini.
> Triple-Layer Auto Quality Control – Configure three independent LLM reviewers to check accuracy, style, plagiarism, and tone; reconcile discrepancies.
> Task-Sheet & Web Upload – Convert final content into our markdown template and upload to the CMS (Notion ? Next.js static site).
> Expert Feedback Loop – Collect annotated reviews from domain experts; implement revisions and close feedback tickets.
Site Publication – Trigger build & deploy pipelines (Vercel) and verify live pages.

Must-Have Qualifications
> 2+ yrs project-management experience (Agile or Kanban) in e-learning, digital publishing, or software.
> Proficient with prompt engineering for ChatGPT / OpenAI, Claude, Gemini comfort comparing LLM outputs.
> Excellent written English; able to edit academic copy to CEFR C1+ standard.
> Solid understanding of SEO, basic HTML/Markdown, and CMS workflows.
> Familiar with version control (Git), task boards (Jira / Trello), and analytics dashboards.
> Stable home internet (?50 Mbps) and backup power.
> Proficiency in developing and implementing and engaging social media strategy
Nice-to-Have
> Background in instructional design or pedagogy.
> Experience managing remote teams in or from the Philippines.
> Basic Figma, Canva, or video-editing skills.
Compensation & Hours
Schedule: 20-40 hrs / week, core hours 2 pm – 10 pm Manila time to overlap with UK stakeholders.
