Customer Service VA

I am looking for someone very upbeat, conversational, polite, courteous, gracious. And i need all that to shine through on a Customer Service chat line.
I am looking for someone to spend many hours talking to many chat reps, developing relationships with them, and requesting discounts.
Many if the chat reps will not do what you ask, you need be able to move onto the next on and be just as polite and friendly and energetic as before.
