Zoho Systems & Financial Reporting Specialist

The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-level systems and reporting professional to help improve and manage:
Zoho implementation and optimisation
Xero reporting and reconciliation
Google Sheets reporting and analysis
Operational and financial data integrity
You will help connect operational workflows with financial reporting to improve visibility, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.
We are looking for a highly capable systems and reporting professional who enjoys building order, clarity, and operational visibility inside growing businesses.

Zoho CRM & automation (~60% of role)
Set up, configure, and customise Zoho CRM for our inbound and outbound sales teams
Build workflows and automation (Zoho Flow / Blueprint) to reduce manual tasks
Create dashboards and CRM reports for the sales team and management
Manage leads, pipelines, and deal stages — and keep the system clean and structured
Integrate Zoho with our other tools as needed
Financial reporting & Xero support (~40% of role)
Assist with Xero bookkeeping tasks — reconciliations, reports, and data management
Build and maintain Excel/Google Sheets reports covering operational and financial KPIs
Produce regular reports for field team performance and business results
Spot trends in the data and flag anything worth attention
