Ideally, I would like to hire someone who understands the ins and outs of Facebook ads. Pixels, scaling, hacks, lookalike audiences, custom audiences, etc.

The perfect candidate will:

• Have proven results-driven track record with Facebook ads and building ---------- campaigns
• Be a great team player and enjoy a good challenge
• Understand Power Editor and Business Manager in and outs constantly keeping themselves on top of the latest changes and updates with Facebook

Skills required
• Fluent in English Communication
• Create and Launch Facebook ad campaigns
• Research and compile statistics on reach, frequency, CPMs, cost-per-click, CTRs, unique users, page views, conversion and cost-per-action
• Basic ---------- skills for Facebook ads and Landing Pages
• Know how to use ClickFunnels, Mailchimp
• Have used Photoshop or Canva before (simple Facebook ads design)

Other requirements

• Impeccable English written and oral communications skills *
• Bachelors degree – preferably in marketing, business or IT
• Chosen applicants will undergo a probation period to see if they are fit for the role.
