About the Role
Gold Side Agency is looking for a driven, sharp and hungry Operations Manager to grow with us. We are a marketing company that delivers exclusive, pre-qualified estimates to contractors across the U.S. We run paid ads on Meta, manage full client fulfillment and are scaling fast.

We are not looking for someone who already has everything figured out. We are looking for someone who has some experience in operations, marketing, or client management — someone who understands how businesses work and has worked in a related capacity before. What we want on top of that is the right mind — someone who thinks on their feet, takes full ownership, spots problems before being told and builds solutions independently.

What You'll Own and Who We're Looking For
All trainings and SOPs will be provided for everything in this role. If you don't know how to do something, the SOP already exists. Your job is to learn it fast, execute it consistently and improve it where you see gaps. What we cannot teach is drive, critical thinking and the ability to own a result without being managed.

- Client fulfillment — You will oversee ad account performance inside Meta Ads Manager, manage client pipelines and lead follow-up inside GoHighLevel end to end. We need someone who has at least a basic understanding of how paid ads or CRM tools work, even if not at an expert level yet
- Building and improving SOPs — Every process in this business needs to be documented clearly enough that any new hire can follow it from day one. You build those, maintain them and improve them constantly. We need someone who naturally thinks in systems
- Monitoring performance — You track KPIs across all departments, identify what's underperforming and take action immediately. You don't wait to be told something is broken — you see it, flag it and fix it
- Managing the team as we grow — You will onboard new hires, train them into our systems and hold them accountable to output. We need someone who has managed or coordinated with other people before
- Proactive problem solving — You spot problems before they become client problems. You build the solution, present it to the CEO for a green light and then execute. The CEO approves, you own the outcome
- Daily closed-loop reporting — Every task has a status. Every problem is flagged the ---------- nt it appears. Nothing falls through the cracks
- Responsiveness — Every message gets acknowledged immediately during work hours. Not hours later, not in the EOD report — right then


This Role Is NOT For You If:
- You have zero experience in operations, marketing, client management or any related field — we are looking for potential plus some foundation, not an absolute beginner
- You need to be told what to do next — this role requires you to think ahead and bring solutions, not wait for instructions
- You go quiet when things get busy — every message gets acknowledged immediately during work hours, no exceptions
- You treat SOPs as someone else's job — building and improving systems is a core part of what you own here
- You get defensive when held accountable — we are direct, we move fast and we expect the same in return
- You are looking for a task-execution role — if you need a checklist handed to you every day this is not the right fit

Compensation
This is not a flat rate forever. $4.50/hour to start — 4 hours a day, Monday to Friday. As you perform and as the company grows, your pay grows with it. Our target range for this role as the business scales is $6–$12/hour with much longer hours — your output and ownership directly determine how fast you get there. We take care of people who take care of the business.
