We run two e-commerce brands and need a long-term customer support rep who already has a US business phone system set up (Nextiva, RingCentral, or similar). We've faced setbacks — including a platform ban and ongoing delays with another — and need someone reliable to help us get things moving. Tasks will primarily involve handling customer text messages and phone calls, with the potential to expand into email support as we grow. We will cover your phone plan costs.
