JOB OVERVIEW

We are a growing U.S.-based real estate media company looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant with strong photo and video editing skills to join our team long-term.

This role combines creative editing work with operational support for our photography business. You will help process media, handle client revision requests, and assist with scheduling and communication.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with media files and editing software daily.

This is a long-term position with growth opportunities as our company expands.

Schedule

This position is 35 hours per week.

Tuesday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Saturday
9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST

You must be consistently available during these hours.

Because this role supports a live production schedule and client communications, we are looking for someone who can treat this position as their primary professional commitment during these working hours.

Because this role supports a live client schedule and production workflow, we are looking for someone who can prioritize this position during the scheduled working hours.

While many virtual assistants work with multiple clients, during your scheduled shift we expect your full attention to be dedicated to this role so editing tasks, client messages, and operational needs can be handled promptly.

This position works best for someone looking for a stable, long-term primary role rather than a side job.

Pay

$5 – $10 per hour depending on experience

Paid weekly.

This is a long-term contractor position for applicants based in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

Photo Editing

Lightroom color correction and exposure adjustments

HDR photo finishing

Sky replacements

Object removal

Final touch-ups based on client revision requests

Video Editing

Short real estate video edits

Removing clips or scenes when requested

Basic color correction

Exporting deliverables for clients

Administrative Tasks

Uploading media to delivery platforms

Organizing files and folders

Managing delivery links for clients

Client Communication

Responding to emails and SMS messages

Handling revision requests

Assisting with scheduling shoots

Most communication is email and text only (no phone calls).

Approximately 80% of the role is behind-the-scenes editing and admin work.

Required Skills

You should already be comfortable using:

Adobe Lightroom

Adobe Photoshop

CapCut Desktop

You should be able to perform:

HDR photo finishing

Sky replacement

Object removal

Color corrections

Basic video editing

Layer Masking

Experience editing real estate photography is a plus but not required.

Equipment Requirements

You must have:

A computer capable of editing photos and video smoothly

Reliable internet connection with reasonable upload and download speeds

Skills Test (Shortlisted Applicants)

Final candidates will complete a short editing test that includes:

Removing an object from a photo

Using a Layermask

Changing the color of a wall in a photo

Doing a Sky Replacement

Removing a few scenes from a video
