Job Title: Virtual Assistant – Facebook Ad Specialist

JOB OVERVIEW

Expert Intuitive Advisor Inc. is a US-based company hiring a full-time Virtual Assistant with proven Facebook Ads experience to run and optimize our advertising campaigns. This is a long-term role with weekly pay and clear performance expectations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will own day-to-day management of our Facebook (Meta) ad campaigns — building campaigns, monitoring performance, testing creatives, and reporting results. This is a hands-on operational role, not a strategy-only position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Build, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns
- Monitor daily performance (CPM, CTR, ROAS, frequency, hook rate)
- Test new creatives and audiences on a regular cadence (3-5 new creatives per week)
- Pause underperforming ads and scale winners within agreed budget rules
- Set up retargeting audiences and lookalike audiences
- Track conversions through Pixel and Conversion API
- Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
- Stay current on Meta platform changes and best practices

REQUIREMENTS

- Proven experience managing Facebook/Meta ad campaigns (please mention specific campaigns or accounts in your application)
- Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager
- Understanding of audience targeting, custom audiences, lookalikes, and retargeting
- Comfortable reading and acting on campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, frequency)
- Strong written English for reporting
- Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps recommended) and a professional workspace
- Available to work full-time on a consistent weekly schedule
- Basic Canva or graphic editing skills are a plus
- Experience with Pixel installation and Conversion API setup is a plus

SCHEDULE

Full-time, Monday to Saturday (Saturday is a half-day). Specific hours discussed during interview to match your timezone preference.

COMPENSATION

- Trial period (first 4 weeks): PHP 4,000/week (PHP 16,000/month)
- After trial: PHP 4,500/week (PHP 18,000/month), with room to increase based on performance
- Pay schedule: Weekly, every Saturday
- Performance reviewed regularly with the opportunity for salary increases
