**Real Estate Virtual Assistant**
Full Time Position | 40 Hours Per Week | $200 Monthly Compensation

We are looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Virtual Assistant to assist with rental client management, CRM organization, lead follow up, and curated property searches through an AI integrated workflow system.

This role is centered around consistency, accuracy, and maintaining communication with a high volume of warm leads. The ideal candidate is someone who can follow systems closely, stay organized under pressure, and ensure no client falls through the cracks.

Position Overview

As a Virtual Assistant, your primary responsibility will be managing rental clients by reviewing lead activity daily, organizing follow ups, and preparing curated home options based on each client's qualifications, timeline, and preferences.

You will work inside a structured workflow system designed to prioritize clients based on urgency, responsiveness, and readiness to move.

Every assigned client must be handled consistently and accurately.

Main Responsibilities

• Review assigned clients daily through the CRM system
• Prepare curated property lists based on client criteria
• Draft organized and professional client messages
• Follow a structured client priority system
• Adjust search criteria when needed and explain changes clearly
• Submit all work for approval before sending to clients
• Keep detailed records and maintain organization across all assigned clients

Client Management Expectations

Clients will vary in urgency, responsiveness, and move timelines. Some clients may require follow up multiple times per week depending on their situation.

You will be expected to maintain organization across all clients and ensure every lead receives consistent attention and updates.

Property Search Expectations

Most property lists will include approximately 2 to 4 homes depending on inventory availability.

Properties selected should closely match the client’s requested location, budget, and lifestyle preferences. If adjustments are made to pricing or location, clear reasoning must be provided.

You will also be expected to identify strong opportunities such as motivated landlords or listings that have remained on the market longer than average.

Qualifications

• Strong willingness to learn new systems and workflows
• No real estate experience required, training will be provided
• Ability to follow detailed systems and instructions
• Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, property lists, and CRM platforms
• Reliable internet connection and daily availability

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or rentals
• Experience using CRM systems
• Experience writing client facing communication
• Experience organizing spreadsheets or data systems
