Client Experience Specialist

Ruah Creative House is a Kingdom-first creative studio serving churches, nonprofits, and faith-driven leaders. We're hiring a Client Experience Specialist to be the operational heartbeat of our client relationships, from onboarding through delivery.

You'll own the client journey: managing onboarding workflows, tracking deliverables, coordinating communication between clients and our internal team, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. This role is the bridge between what our clients need and what our team delivers.

Full-time | 40 hours/week | EST overlap required (split shift acceptable)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage client onboarding from signed contract through first deliverable
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverable handoffs
- Maintain clear communication with clients via email and messaging tools
- Flag bottlenecks and escalate blockers to the creative/production team
- Keep CRM and project management systems updated and accurate
- Handle follow-ups, check-ins, and scheduling coordination

REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience working inside structured service delivery and client success systems (onboarding workflows, communication tracking, deliverable handoffs, scheduling) — required
- CRM or client portal experience (Dubsado, HoneyBook, ClickUp, or similar) — highly preferred
- Dubsado experience specifically — preferred
- Excellent written English communication
- Self-directed and organized — you don't need to be chased
- Faith alignment or comfort — we are a Christian organization, and this role reflects our values in every client interaction
