We are a small real estate studio in Arizona,US managing a 21-unit rental property with more projects coming. We need a reliable, detail-oriented VA to handle day-to-day property/office admin so the owner can focus on design and construction.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Listings & Marketing
- Create and update rental listings on
- Respond to tenant inquiries promptly and professionally
- Schedule unit showings and coordinate with applicants
- Repost and refresh listings to keep them active
Tenant Admin
- Send lease agreements from templates provided
- Track rent payments in Google Sheets
- Send payment reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain a simple tenant contact log
General Admin
- Draft
- Research vendors, pricing, or local requirements when needed
- Keep tracking sheets updated daily
Studio Office Admin
- Daily project tracking updates in Google Sheets or Notion
- Procurement tracking — create POs, chase deliveries, log updates
- Prepare PowerPoint slides and simple reports
- Research products, materials, and vendors
- Organize files and keep folder structures clean
- Draft and send
YOU ARE:
- Fluent in written English
- Experienced with Google Sheets and Gmail
- Familiar with
- Proactive — you follow up without being asked
- Available during US Mountain Time business hours (some overlap required)
Real estate or property management experience is a big plus.
