At Launch Vector, we acquire and operate eCommerce businesses alongside capital partners.
We’re looking for high-output appointment setters who can confidently handle inbound leads from individuals interested in acquiring an online business, qualify them effectively, and schedule strategy calls with our Acquisition Specialists.
This is not a passive customer support role.
This is a performance-driven sales position where your ability to communicate clearly, stay organized, and move conversations forward directly impacts revenue.
You will be speaking with motivated inbound leads who have already expressed interest in acquiring a business through Launch Vector.
Your responsibility is to:
Qualify interest
- Control the flow of the conversation
- Gather accurate information
- Keep HubSpot updated
- Get qualified prospects booked and confirmed for calls with our Acquisition Specialists
What You’ll Be Doing (Daily Responsibilities)
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to inbound leads and scheduled follow-ups
- Speak with potential acquisition partners interested in purchasing online businesses
- Qualify leads based on capital availability, seriousness, goals, and timeline
- Schedule appointments with Acquisition Specialists
- Confirm upcoming appointments and reduce no-show rates
- Reschedule missed appointments and reactivate cold leads
- Maintain detailed notes and communication logs inside HubSpot CRM
- Keep pipelines organized and updated in real time
- Follow structured call frameworks while still sounding natural and conversational
- Coordinate closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs
This Role Is For Someone Who:
- Is comfortable being on the phone for most of the day
- Can confidently handle high call volume
- Understands how to guide conversations without sounding robotic
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Learns software quickly and can operate HubSpot efficiently
- Can multitask between calls, CRM updates, and scheduling
- Takes ownership over outcomes, not just activity
- Has strong communication skills and good judgment
- Wants to grow inside a high-performance sales environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in appointment setting, SDR, sales, or phone-based roles
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRMs
- Reliable internet and professional remote work setup
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistency
- Comfortable hitting KPIs and call targets daily
Preferred Experience
- High-ticket sales environment
- Business acquisition, finance, investing, or eCommerce familiarity
- Inbound lead qualification
- Calendar management and appointment coordination
- Handling follow-up sequences and reactivation calls

Compensation
