Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Editor to join our team on a project basis. We need someone who understands modern short-form content, works efficiently, communicates well, and can collaborate with other editors to produce high-quality social media videos.

This role is ideal for someone who has a strong editing workflow in at least one professional editing platform and understands how to combine editing software, AI tools, and design platforms together to create fast, engaging content.

Responsibilities
Edit engaging short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and social media platforms
Create high-retention edits using provided footage
Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, sound design, and effects
Color grade footage to create a polished, professional look
Use AI tools and Canva to improve workflow, graphics, content organization, and creative output
Collaborate with other editors and creative tea ---------- mbers
Maintain consistent pacing, branding, and editing style
Deliver projects on time with minimal supervision
Requirements
Strong experience with at least one professional editing workflow:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
DaVinci Resolve

Experience with color grading and visual enhancement
Comfortable using Canva alongside editing software
Familiarity with AI tools such as Hissfeild AI, Grok, ChatGPT, or similar creative tools
Understanding of modern social media editing styles and audience retention
Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to collaborate remotely with other editors
Fluent English preferred

Project Details
10 edited videos per batch
Pay: $200 USD per batch
4-day turnaround for all 10 videos
Practice footage will be provided during the application process
Applicants will be asked to create sample reels before final selection
