We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and technically skilled E-Commerce Specialist to support the day-to-day operations, merchandising, and website maintenance of our growing digital business.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong e-commerce operational experience with hands-on website and front-end platform knowledge, particularly within BigCommerce or similar platforms.
Position Overview
The E-Commerce Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing Bony Levy’s online storefront while maintaining the elevated customer experience our brand is known for.
This position supports product merchandising, promotional execution, website updates, customer experience optimization, and marketplace coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly within e-commerce platforms and has experience with basic website coding, theme customization, and front-end troubleshooting.
This role works closely with marketing, sales, operations, customer service, and product development teams while supporting retail partner platforms and digital growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Operations
Maintain product listings, including images, descriptions, pricing, metafields, and product attributes
Manage product launches, seasonal updates, promotional campaigns, and markdown events
Ensure product data accuracy across all digital channels and marketplaces
Coordinate inventory visibility and merchandising updates
Website Maintenance & Digital Merchandising
Update homepage content, landing pages, banners, navigation, and featured collections
Support front-end website updates directly within BigCommerce
Assist with theme edits, layout adjustments, and basic coding updates
Optimize product presentation and customer navigation experience
Monitor website functionality and troubleshoot issues as needed
Coordinate with developers on larger technical initiatives when necessary
Marketplace & Feed Management
Support marketplace operations across multiple retail partners
Assist with product feeds, channel integrations, and merchandising requirements
Ensure consistency of pricing, imagery, and product information across all platforms
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, customer engagement, and sales performance
Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve the online shopping experience
Prepare reports using Google Analytics, platform dashboards, and reporting tools
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with marketing, operations, sales, customer service, and product development teams
Support campaign launches, promotional calendars, and site refresh initiatives
Assist with QA testing for site updates and promotional launches
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital merchandising
Strong experience with BigCommerce preferred
Experience with Shopify or Magento also considered
Working knowledge of HTML and CSS required
Basic JavaScript knowledge preferred
Experience with website content management and front-end updates
Familiarity with Google Analytics and SEO best practices
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willing to work 9am-5pm PST
