Senior SEO, PPC & Google Business Profile Specialist (Home Services Industry)

We are a fast-growing startup plumbing company based in Owensboro operating under Gotta Go Plumbing.

Over the next 30–60 days, we are expanding into two Kentucky markets and are looking for one highly skilled marketing professional who can take full ownership of our digital lead generation.

This is not a content posting job.

This is not a “send monthly reports and hope for the best” position.

This is a performance-based role for someone who truly understands how to generate qualified phone calls and booked jobs for home service businesses.

You must be experienced in all three of the following areas:

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC)
Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization

If you have direct experience growing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing, or other home service businesses, we want to hear from you.

If you do not have verifiable results in the home service industry, please do not apply.

What We Need

We are looking for someone who can:

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Optimize and manage Google Local Services Ads (LSA)
Improve our local SEO rankings
Fully optimize and manage our Google Business Profiles
Develop authentic marketing content that does not look AI-generated
Track calls, booked jobs, and return on investment
Continuously test and improve campaign performance

Your primary goal is simple:

Make the phone ring with high-quality leads that turn into profitable jobs.

Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing SEO, PPC, and GBP
Direct experience with home service companies (plumbing strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of local SEO and Map Pack ranking
Experience with Google Ads, LSA, and Meta advertising
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work full-time and focus exclusively on our company during working hours
Portfolio, case studies, and references that verify your results
