ABOUT US
We're a US-based hospitality group taking over a struggling boutique treehouse resort in New England and creating a beautiful & unique resort. Our founder has 8+ years running an award-winning vacation rental. You'd be a founding member of a small, focused team.

THE ROLE
Build and run our digital marketing from scratch — social media, paid ads, email, influencer partnerships, website, and OTA optimization. You'll also supervise AI agents that handle guest communications. This is a builder role, not a maintainer role.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Social Media: Daily content creation for the resort's Instagram/Facebook/Tik-Toks plus the founder's "building in public" Instagram/YouTube accounts. Monitor DMs and comments daily, move interested followers toward bookings.

2. Paid Advertising: Build, test, and improve Meta and Google ad campaigns. Track cost per lead, cost per booking, and return on ad spend. Grow what's working, stop what's not.

3. Website & Landing Pages: Keep the booking website up to date. Build landing pages for each campaign. Update seasonal photos and content every few months.

4. Email & SMS: Build 5 automated flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Pre-Stay, In-Stay/Review, Rebooking) plus monthly campaign emails. Grow the list via website, social, and Wi-Fi capture.

5. Campaign Planning: Dream up, plan, and execute coordinated marketing campaigns across social, email, paid ads, influencers, and landing pages. We want your ideas — fall foliage, winter, and Black Friday are obvious starts, but think bigger.

6. Influencer Management: Find creators whose followers match our guests (fit matters more than follower count). Set up free stays in exchange for content — handle outreach, expectations, deadlines, and scheduling. Time their posts to land during active campaigns.

7. OTA Optimization: Monitor performance across Airbnb, VRBO, ---------- , Google, and Expedia. Keep photos, descriptions, and amenities current and consistent across channels.

8. AI Agent Supervision: Review AI-written guest responses each week to make sure they sound like us. Send emotional, safety, or money issues to the founder right away. Save common guest questions so we can train the AI better over time.

REQUIRED (2+ years experience)
Meta Ads Manager, social media management (IG + FB), email platforms (Mailchimp/ConvertKit), copywriting, WordPress or similar CMS, Ai tools like ChatGPT/Claude.

NICE TO HAVE
Google Ads, hospitality experience, Canva/CapCut, Make/Zapier.

SCHEDULE & PAY
- 40 hours/week, Mon–Fri, mostly flexible (2–3 hours per day must overlap with US Eastern Time)
- $5/hour USD, negotiable based on experience
- Performance bonuses for hitting goals on engagement, bookings, and ad results (we'll set specific targets in your first 30 days)
- 13th month pay (paid in December, prorated by start date), paid time off after 6 months, annual raises
- Tools: Microsoft 365, TimeProof
