AI Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an AI Generalist to develop and implement AI-driven solutions that optimize our workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI automation, data analysis, prompt engineering, and workflow optimization, with a strong ability to research and implement emerging AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and implement AI-driven automation solutions to enhance efficiency in cleaning, maintenance, inspections, and groundskeeping operations.
• Develop AI-powered tools and workflows to improve scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control processes.
• Utilize machine learning models and AI-driven analytics to optimize operational decision-making.
• Research and evaluate AI technologies and applications that align with the company’s needs and goals.
• Enhance internal productivity by integrating AI solutions into communication, reporting, and documentation processes.
• Train employees on best practices for using AI tools and automation solutions.
• Work closely with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing business processes.
• Develop and refine AI prompts to maximize efficiency in administrative and operational workflows.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in AI implementation, workflow automation, and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of AI-driven automation tools, including ChatGPT, Open Ai, Grok, Bard, or other large language models.
• Experience with prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI tools to optimize efficiency.
• Proficiency in data analysis and AI-powered decision-making tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven business process management and optimization strategies.
• Ability to research, test, and integrate AI technologies into real-world business operations.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for operational improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to train and support internal teams on AI applications.
