VIDEO EDITOR FOR FACELESS YOUTUBE CHANNEL — ONGOING

OVERVIEW
We're looking for a skilled video editor to join our faceless YouTube channel on an ongoing basis. You'll receive raw footage, voiceover audio, and a script, and deliver a polished, publish-ready video. Our style is clean, engaging, and retention-focused — every edit should keep viewers watching.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Edit raw footage and B-roll into a cohesive, audience-ready video
- Sync visuals tightly to voiceover for maximum retention
- Add motion graphics, lower thirds, and on-screen text where appropriate
- Source and incorporate royalty-free music and sound effects
- Color grade for a consistent, branded look
- Deliver in 1080p or 4K based on source material
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently

REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience editing YouTube content (portfolio required — links only, no attachments)
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
- Strong sense of pacing — you know when to cut and when to hold
- Ability to match and maintain a consistent visual style across videos
- Reliable turnaround: 2–3 business days per video
- Responsive communication and ability to take direction clearly

NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with faceless or documentary-style YouTube channels
- After Effects experience for custom animations
- Familiarity with YouTube retention metrics and how editing affects them
- Ability to create or source engaging thumbnail designs
