About the Company
ShoulderSink is a Danish B2B manufacturer of mobile handwashing solutions for commercial vehicle fleets. 50,000+ units in active use across Europe. We are to run paid META campaigns across four markets: Denmark, Netherlands, Germany, and UK.
This role is NOT for you if:
Your META experience is limited to boosting posts or local awareness campaigns
You cannot show concrete results from past campaigns — with numbers
You have not run campaigns targeting European B2B audiences
About the Role
Video creative is fully produced and locked. Campaign strategy and phasing are defined. Your job is to build, run and optimise the campaigns — and to train the founder alongside you.
You will explain every decision in real time via regular screen sharing sessions, especially in the first four to six weeks. The founder wants to understand the logic behind every move, not just the results.
What You Will Do
Set up META Business Manager, pixels and audiences across four markets
Build campaign structure: cold audiences, retargeting layers, lookalike audiences
Manage video creative — two hook variants per market, caption testing as third layer
Run A/B tests on hooks and captions; optimise based on performance data
Manage budget allocation across markets and phases
Produce a monthly performance report per market
Conduct weekly screen sharing sessions — explain what you are doing and why, in plain language
Flag all decisions, budget shifts and audience changes before acting
What We Are Looking For
3–4 years running META campaigns professionally for B2B or industrial/trades clients
Proven results from European markets
Multi-market experience across different countries and audiences
Able to explain decisions clearly to a non-specialist — this is a teaching role as much as execution
Available for screen sharing sessions compatible with CET
Self-directed and honest about what is and is not working
Campaign Context
Three main markets: DK, NL, DE — combined ad spend approx. €10,000–12,000 over four months
UK will be a test market for testing various other strategies.
Creative locked. Two hook variants per market. No production required.
Audiences: fleet managers, HSE managers, SME owners, mobile tradespeople
Phases: awareness ? feature depth ? conversion. Structure defined — you execute and optimise.
Contract Terms
4 months (June – September 2026) — approx. 15 hours/week
Rate: $600–900/month depending on demonstrated results
