We are looking for a part-time customer service representative for our growing Shopify clothing brand.

Responsibilities include:

Answering customer emails
Responding to text messages and Instagram DMs
Helping customers with tracking, sizing, exchanges, and returns
Managing customer service inbox daily
Providing friendly and professional support

Requirements:

Strong English communication
Shopify experience preferred
Customer service experience preferred
Organized and responsive
Able to work US daytime hours
Reliable internet connection
