# Remote Lemon Law Intake Pre-Qualifier

### Virtual Assistant (Philippines-Based)

## About Us

We are a fast-growing California-based Lemon Law marketing and intake company focused on helping consumers determine whether they may qualify for a vehicle buyback, replacement, or compensation under California Lemon Law.

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle inbound and outbound lead qualification calls. Your role is to quickly pre-qualify potential clients and transfer qualified prospects to a live intake specialist or attorney team.

This is a performance-driven role with opportunities for long-term growth.

# Responsibilities

* Answer inbound calls from potential Lemon Law clients
* Make outbound follow-up calls to leads
* Pre-qualify callers using a simple script
* Gather and confirm vehicle information
* Determine if the caller meets basic qualification criteria
* Transfer qualified callers to a live intake specialist
* Enter accurate notes into the CRM
* Follow call handling procedures and scripts
* Maintain a professional, friendly, and confident tone

# Basic Qualification Questions

You will ask callers questions such as:

* Vehicle year, make, and model
* Is the vehicle 2021 or newer?
* Is the vehicle new or certified pre-owned?
* Has the vehicle been repaired multiple times for the same issue?
* Is the vehicle still under manufacturer warranty?
* Is the caller located in California?

# Requirements

* Excellent English speaking skills
* Neutral or minimal accent preferred
* Strong phone presence and communication skills
* Previous call center or virtual assistant experience preferred
* Sales or intake experience is a major plus
* Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural
* Reliable internet connection
* Quiet work environment
* Computer with headset
* Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time)
