We are Flo Omni, a U.S.-based AI-powered business automation platform helping service businesses replace 10+ software tools with one system. We are hiring a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to lead the paid advertising launch of our first digital product — and for the right person, this is more than a job. It is a strategic partnership with real upside.
What You Will Be Doing
We will brief you on the product, the audience, and the testing budget. Your job is to take that information and build a strategy that produces sales. When the data shows what is working, we scale together.
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Build full-funnel ad strategies across Meta
Set up campaigns correctly in Meta Ads Manager with the right objectives, ad sets, and budgets
Install and verify Meta Pixel and Conversions API for accurate tracking post-iOS changes
Understand basic funnel mechanics — top of funnel awareness through bottom of funnel conversion
GoHighLevel (GHL) familiarity is a strong plus
Platform Knowledge Required
Meta Ads — primary platform; deep expertise required
Google Ads — search and display campaigns for intent-based traffic
LinkedIn Ads — for reaching business owners and decision-makers
Reddit Ads — for community-based product awareness
We are open to your recommendations on where to allocate budget first based on the product
Creative Evaluation — Non-Negotiable
You must be able to look at an image or video and know whether it is likely to perform before we spend money. A real expert understands:
Hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA, and ROAS — and what each tells you about a creative
When high CTR but low conversions means the landing page is the problem, not the ad
How to use Meta's Breakdown tool to compare individual creative assets by performance
When rising frequency and falling CTR signals creative fatigue — and how to fix it
The difference between static images, UGC-style video, carousel, and Reels and when to use each
Mobile-first creative standards — most of our audience is on their phone
Testing & Scaling Process
Launch 3–5 creative variations per test with consistent targeting and budget
Monitor performance for 72 hours before making decisions
Pause underperformers, allocate more to winners, and iterate fast
Communicate clearly with us on what the data is saying and what you recommend next
Know the difference between a campaign that needs more time and one that needs to stop
Compensation
$200 one-time setup fee upon campaign launch
$150/month retainer for ongoing management
10% commission on the first 100 sales of our digital product
Free GHL sub-account — use it to run and grow your own client business (a $97–$297/month value)
Strategic Partnership Opportunity — Flo Omni will actively refer U.S.-based clients to you and serve as your American-facing partner to help you land clients and grow your own agency
