We are looking for a confident, professional, and highly motivated Outbound Cold Caller to contact prospective clients and introduce them to life insurance solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable making calls, building quick rapport, asking qualifying questions, and setting appointments for licensed life insurance professionals.
You will be calling outbound leads, following a script, documenting conversations, and helping connect individuals and families with valuable protection options.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to life insurance prospects during EST business hours.
Introduce life insurance products and explain the importance of protecting families financially.
Qualify prospects based on interest, age, needs, coverage status, and willingness to speak with an advisor.
Schedule appointments for licensed agents or senior advisors.
Follow provided scripts while sounding natural, confident, and conversational.
Update lead status, notes, and call outcomes inside the CRM.
Follow up with prospects who request more information or need a callback.
Meet daily and weekly call activity goals.
Maintain professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude on every call.
Requirements
Previous cold calling, appointment setting, sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
Ability to handle objections without becoming discouraged.
Reliable internet connection, computer, and headset.
Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours.
Must be coachable, organized, and consistent.
Experience with life insurance, financial services, Medicare, mortgage, real estate, or appointment setting is a plus.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is persuasive, disciplined, and comfortable talking to people on the phone. You do not need to be licensed to sell insurance, but you must be able to create interest, gather basic information, and set quality appointments for the licensed agent.
