We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant who can help us find potential clients, perform outreach, and book appointments with business owners interested in website design services.

Responsibilities
* Use prospecting tool to find businesses that need website design services
* Identify businesses with outdated websites or no websites
* Build lead lists using Google Maps, Facebook, LinkedIn, and directories
* Cold call business owners and introduce our services
* Send outreach emails and follow-up messages
* Qualify leads and schedule appointments
* Update CRM/spreadsheets with lead information
* Meet daily outreach and lead generation targets

Requirements
* Excellent English communication skills
* Strong confidence on phone calls
* Experience in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting
* Comfortable speaking with business owners
* Good internet research skills
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working for marketing or web design agencies is a plus
* Familiar with website design or digital marketing terminology is a plus
* Experience using CRM tools is a plus
* Knowledge of ---------- or Facebook outreach is a plus
* Sales background is a plus

Compensation starts $550 a month with an option of biweekly payment
* Competitive hourly pay based on experience
