JOB OVERVIEW

About DeltaRCM

DeltaRCM is a US-based revenue cycle and medical billing services company. We help medical practices increase collections, reduce denials, and free their staff from billing headaches. We are hiring a dedicated cold caller to introduce our services to US medical practices and book qualified discovery meetings with office managers, practice administrators, and physicians.

The Role
You will be the first voice prospects hear from DeltaRCM. Your job is to call US medical practices from a prepared list, get past the front desk, and book qualified discovery meetings with decision-makers. You will also send follow-up emails using templates we provide. This is not customer service — it is outbound prospecting. You need to enjoy the phone and not get rattled by rejection.

You will be set up with a US phone number, a CRM (HubSpot or similar), a power dialer, email templates, and call scripts. We will train you on revenue cycle terminology and our pitch — you do not need a healthcare degree, but you need to learn quickly and sound credible.

What You'll Do
• Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to US medical practices from a provided list
• Get past front-desk gatekeepers and reach office managers, practice administrators, billing managers, or physicians
• Deliver a clear 30-second pitch and book qualified discovery meetings on the founder's calendar
• Send follow-up emails using approved templates after every meaningful conversation
• Log all calls, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM (HubSpot)
• Handle objections like “we're already with a billing company,” “send an email,” and “we're not interested” with confidence
• Hit weekly targets: 5–8 qualified meetings booked per week
• Send a short end-of-shift report each day

Requirements (Must-Have)
• Clear, neutral English accent — you will be speaking to busy US medical staff who have no patience for unclear communication
• At least 1 year of outbound calling experience (B2B preferred — appointment setting, SDR, telemarketing, or US BPO sales)
• Comfort with rejection — at least 80% of calls will not go anywhere. You cannot take it personally.
• Quiet home office with no background noise during US business hours
• Wired internet — minimum 25 Mbps, Ethernet hardwired preferred
• USB headset with noise cancellation (Logitech, Plantronics, Jabra, or similar)
• Working webcam for team meetings
• Available US Pacific business hours: 9am–5pm PT, Monday–Friday (12am–8am Philippines time, Tuesday–Saturday)
• CRM experience — HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or Close
• Reliable backup power and internet — we cannot have you dropping mid-call

Nice-to-Have
• Prior experience calling US medical practices, doctors' offices, or healthcare BPO clients
• Familiarity with revenue cycle management, medical billing, coding (CPT/ICD), prior authorization, or insurance verification terminology
• Experience with VOIP dialers like JustCall, Aircall, OpenPhone, or RingCentral
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Apollo, Outreach, or Salesloft
• Cold email writing experience

Compensation
We pay competitively for the right person and reward results:
• Base: $6/hour ($960/month at 40 hrs/week)
• Meeting bonus: $25 per qualified meeting that shows up
• Deal bonus: $100 per signed contract from a meeting you booked
• Performance review at 90 days with raise eligibility for top performers
• Paid 13th month after 6 months
• Equipment stipend after 30-day trial: up to $150 toward headset, webcam, or internet
• Weekly pay via Wise or Payoneer

A solid performer at our targets earns roughly $1,500–$1,900 per month total. Top performers exceed $2,500/month.

Hours and Commitment
• 40 hours/week, US Pacific business hours
• Monday–Friday US time (Tuesday–Saturday morning Philippines time)
• 30-day paid trial. If both sides are happy, we sign a 1-year independent contractor agreement with 30-day notice clause.

How to Apply
To prove you read this carefully, start your application with the phrase “blue ocean” — applications without it will be deleted automatically.

Submit:
1. A short cover letter (under 200 words): your most successful cold-calling role, the specific industry you called into, your typical results, and why you want this job
2. A 2-minute voice recording (upload to Vocaroo or Google Drive) where you: (a) introduce yourself, and (b) roleplay calling a medical practice front desk who says “She's not available, can I take a message?” — show how you would respond
3. Links to two professional references with phone numbers
4. A photo of your home office setup
We respond within 5 business days. Strong candidates move to a 15-minute screening call, then a paid 1-week trial with real call lists.
