JOB OVERVIEW

WHO WE ARE

We are three integrated businesses operating out of Rochester, NY: Suplex Construction LLC (commercial general contractor), Edge Realty & Management (commercial brokerage and property management), and BMG Realty Partners LLC (cash acquisitions and investment). Together we build, lease, manage, and buy commercial real estate across Monroe County and the surrounding region.
We move fast, we close deals, and we hold ourselves to a high standard. We're looking for someone who can keep up.

THE ROLE

This is a high-activity outbound sales support role. You will be the front line of our lead generation across all three businesses — researching prospects, running outreach sequences, managing our CRM, and booking qualified calls for our principal. This is not a passive admin job. You will be making calls, sending emails, and working LinkedIn every single day.
If you are disciplined, organized, a confident communicator, and motivated by results — this is a great fit. If you need to be hand-held or can't work independently, it is not.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Daily Responsibilities:
• Run 50+ outbound touches per day (cold calls, emails, voicemail drops) across three business verticals
• Work your follow-up queue every morning before any new outreach
• Log every touch in the CRM — status, notes, next action — same day, no exceptions
• Respond to all inbound leads within 15 minutes during business hours
• Book qualified calls directly on the owner's calendar with full context notes

Weekly Responsibilities:
• Pull and load 75+ new prospects per week from PropStream and other sources
• Run LinkedIn outreach — 20 connection requests/day with warm follow-up messaging
• Research 10 new nonprofit organizations per week (ProPublica 990 data)
• Re-engage all stale leads (30+ days no contact) every Friday
• Deliver a structured weekly activity report — calls made, emails sent, replies, meetings booked

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:
• Prior experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting
• Comfortable making cold calls — not scared of the phone
• Strong written communication — professional emails with no typos
• Highly organized and self-directed — you manage your own day without being chased
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Podio, or similar)
• Reliable internet, computer, and quiet workspace for calls

Preferred (not required):
? Background in real estate, construction, or property management
? Experience with PropStream, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or ----------
? Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology
