Creative Video Editor - Mobile App Studio

We're a mobile app studio based in Switzerland looking for a full-time creative video editor to turn scripts into ads for our mobile apps. Formats vary a lot - TikTok, Reels, Shorts, paid social - depending on the product.

The job:

- Take scripts and concepts, ship finished shortform videos
- Make the creative calls on hooks, pacing, cuts, music, structure
- Use AI tools and motion graphics where necessary
- Iterate fast - we test a lot

What we need:

- Real instinct for what holds attention in the first 2 seconds and what makes something go viral
- Strong shortform chops in whatever stack you use (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects, etc.)
- Fluent with AI tools (Kling, Sora, ElevenLabs, Nanobanana etc)
- Motion graphics ability - text animation, transitions, UI mockups
- Willing to work hard. Full-time, high volume.
