Operations / VA at Mobile App Studio

We're a Switzerland-based app studio looking for a young, hungry generalist to plug into operations:

- Running and managing ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok etc)
- Sourcing and reaching out to influencers / creators for our apps
- Helping with recruiting - sourcing candidates, job posts etc
- Random operational stuff

You'll learn fast because we move fast.

- Native or near-native English
- Genuinely willing to work hard
- Gen Z native (you understand tiktok culture)
- High agency / can figure things out yourself
