Professional Online CopyWriter

We are a small, female-owned, US-based business and marketing coaching company. We are looking for a full-time, experienced and talented professional writer with strong computer skills to join our team.

In our business, we teach and coach other female entrepreneurs marketing and business development both through one-on-one coaching and online courses. Our sole purpose is to help women successfully build and grow their businesses. We focus on the areas of Goal Setting, Financing/Budgeting, Systems/Processes, Marketing, Sales and Mindset (healthy mind and body).

We are looking for someone who is like-minded to join our team. Must be a skilled, solid, creative writer who is able to write SEO-friendly blog posts (use of Yoast SEO plugin), articles for marketing, email marketing and create other online content.

We require excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Strong computer and WordPress skills are a plus. Must be organized, detail oriented and a self-starter. Ability to work independently and directly with clients. Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.

We know how it is to balance work and family and would like someone who is honest about their time spent on projects but can also work around their family schedule (ex: take time off to care for a sick child or parent).

Our goal is to give you projects well in advance to ensure you have time to complete them. We are looking for a solid 40 hours per week with focus on quality over quantity. We would, however, like to have a simple, daily email outlining the activities performed each day so that we can review them during our own working hours as well as a weekly Skype or Google hangout call to touch base.

WORKING HOURS
We are in the Eastern Standard Time Zone
40 hour work week
Must have a strong, reliable internet connection
Weekly check-in calls setup at a reasonable time of day for both parties

COMPENSATION
$380/month to start (after 90 days, goes up to $400/month)
13 month annual compensation
Must sign a non-disclosure and confidentiality agreement
No plagorized portions of writing are acceptable at any time
All payments will be made via PayPal, twice a month
