JOB OVERVIEW

Remote | Full-Time | Immediate Start

Please read this fully before applying.

This is a full-time role that demands your full attention. If you are currently holding another job or freelance commitment, this is not the right opportunity for you — and we ask that you do not apply.

We move fast. A lot is required. And we'll know quickly if you're not fully in.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are a spiritual education organisation with a packed calendar of weekly classes, courses, and events. We are looking for a Marketing Campaign Executive who will own the planning, coordination, and execution of our full marketing calendar — making sure every initiative gets the right support, across the right channels, at the right time.

This is a campaign operations role. You won't be writing core copy — but you will be the person who makes campaigns actually happen. On time. Every time.

If you thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and take pride in being the most organised person in the room, read on.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Marketing Calendar & Campaign Orchestration
- Own the weekly and monthly marketing calendar across all initiatives
- Plan the marketing mix for each programme (email, WhatsApp, Instagram, flyers, announcements, etc.)
- Monitor registrations and revenue against targets and adjust plans in real time

Campaign Build & Execution
- Build and schedule email campaigns and automation flows in our CRM/ESP
- Manage WhatsApp broadcasts and group communications
- Prepare and distribute in-class announcements and slides
- Coordinate ManyChat automations where applicable

Asset Adaptation & Distribution
- Adapt core marketing assets for different channels and formats
- Ensure physical flyers are printed and ready for weekly classes and events
- Maintain consistency and clarity across all touchpoints

Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign performance across registrations, attendance, and revenue
- Flag underperforming initiatives early and propose quick tactical fixes
- Maintain tracking dashboards and reports

Community & Operational Support
- Manage WhatsApp group communications
- Reply to Instagram DMs and comments
- Handle list syncing, automation setups, and CRM admin
- Create supporting PowerPoint slides for classes

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Essential
- 2+ years in marketing operations, campaign management, or CRM execution — and you can show us exactly what you built and ran
- Strong organisational and project management skills; you don't drop balls
- Comfortable working with numbers and tracking performance
- Hands-on experience building campaigns inside an ESP or CRM platform (not just overseeing — actually building)
- Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
- Able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously without losing quality
- Basic Canva editing skills

Nice to Have
- Experience in event-based or education businesses
- Familiarity with Airtable
- Experience with WhatsApp marketing or ManyChat

IS THIS YOU?

You're someone who takes ownership. You don't wait to be chased. You know your platforms inside out — not just in theory, but because you've actually used them. You're proud of your work and you show up fully, every day.

If you're looking for something to slot in alongside other commitments, this isn't it. If you're ready to go all in — we'd love to hear from you.

HOW TO APPLY

Send your CV and a short cover note (no more than 200 words) telling us:
1. The ESP or CRM platform you've used most — and one specific campaign you built in it, start to finish.
2. Why this role, and why now.

Applications without a cover note will not be reviewed.
