B2B Lead Generation Specialist (Cold Email + LinkedIn Outreach)

ClearHaven is hiring an experienced B2B Lead Generation Specialist to manage outbound lead generation for our fintech and financial services company.

This is NOT an entry-level role.

We are specifically looking for someone with prior experience generating qualified B2B leads through cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. You should already understand how to build lead lists, run outreach systems, identify decision-makers, and generate high-converting opportunities.

If you have never done outbound lead generation before, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities:

Build highly targeted B2B lead lists
Identify qualified decision-makers within fintech and financial service companies
Run cold email outreach campaigns
Manage LinkedIn outbound campaigns
Write and personalize outreach messages
Handle follow-up sequences
Track campaign performance and optimize outreach
Maintain CRM organization and reporting
Generate qualified booked calls consistently each month

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation
Proven experience with cold email outreach
Proven experience with LinkedIn prospecting
Experience sourcing and building lead lists
Strong understanding of outbound campaign strategy
Familiarity with tools such as Smartlead, Apollo, Clay, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
Strong written English communication
Able to work independently without constant supervision

KPIs:

Book 10–15 qualified leads per month
Maintain consistent outreach activity
Positive reply and booking rates
Accurate lead tracking and CRM management

Compensation:

Fixed monthly salary
Performance bonuses available based on qualified booked calls
