Construction Renderer / Deck Visualizer

We are a construction company looking for a freelance renderer to convert hand-drawn deck sketches into clean, client-ready rendered images.
Our contractor provides the sketches. You deliver the render. Simple as that.
What you'll do:

Receive a hand-drawn deck sketch with dimensions and materials noted
Produce a professional 3D render suitable for client presentations
Show realistic materials (wood, composite, railings, etc.)
Revise if needed based on feedback

Requirements:

Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, D5 Render, or similar
Portfolio showing architectural or construction renders
Ability to read basic hand-drawn sketches and dimensions
Reliable turnaround per render

Pay: Per render delivered. Rate negotiable — please include your rate and portfolio when applying.
