JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level real estate operations leader with a MINIMUM of 5 years of experience in U.S. real estate investing operations, acquisitions management, or sales operations. This role will begin part-time with the goal of quickly growing into a long-term full-time leadership position for the right person.

This is NOT a basic VA position.

This is for someone who has helped manage and scale real estate acquisitions teams across multiple markets and understands how to keep a business operating at a high level.

We are building a serious real estate investment company and need someone who can help create structure, maintain ---------- ntum, and bring operational discipline to the business.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will work directly with ownership to help manage and organize acquisitions operations.

You will help:
• Build and manage pipeline systems
• Track KPIs and team performance
• Improve follow-up processes
• Keep acquisitions organized
• Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Help manage lead flow and CRM structure
• Monitor accountability across the team
• Assist with operational strategy
• Help create systems that scale

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thinks like an operator, not just an employee.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• MINIMUM 5 years of experience working in U.S. real estate investing operations, acquisitions, or sales management
• Experience managing acquisitions pipelines across one or multiple markets
• Strong understanding of KPIs, sales metrics, and operational reporting
• Experience with CRM systems such as Follow Up Boss, Podio, GoHighLevel, REsimpli, or similar platforms
• Experience coordinating teams, sales processes, or acquisitions operations
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and improve systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to keep teams accountable and organized

• Managing acquisitions teams across multiple markets
• Building SOPs and operational workflows
• Dispositions experience
• Creative finance knowledge
• Multifamily experience
• Investor operations
• Hiring and training sales teams
