AI Growth & New Business Sales Lead Generation Specialist (Full Time, UK Agency)
This will be a full time role, working in line with our time zone GMT+0
We are a UK-based digital marketing agency looking for an intelligent, proactive and AI-driven tea
We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, understands AI tools, can think commercially, and wants to help build systems that generate real business growth.
You will work directly with our leadership team and become a key part of developing our outbound sales process.
Your responsibilities
Research & Customer Understanding
Interview internal tea
Help define and document our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Understand customer pain points, challenges and buying triggers
Continuously improve audience targeting based on campaign performance
AI Prospecting & Lead Generation
Build targeted prospect lists using AI and prospecting tools
Research and enrich lead data
Identify potential customers within UK SME markets
Use AI tools to help scale prospecting and research
Continuously test and improve lead quality
Outreach & Appointment Setting
Manage outreach campaigns across
Communicate professionally with prospects
Follow up and nurture conversations
Qualify leads against agreed criteria
Book appointments for our UK sales team
Lead Magnets & Marketing Assets
Help create simple lead magnets and offers
Write messaging and outreach copy
Test different approaches and improve response rates
Identify common customer pain points and create relevant messaging around them
CRM & Systems
Ensure all qualified leads are tracked / followed correctly inside Zoho CRM
Work with our team to maintain workflows and automations
Help improve lead processes and documentation

Generate qualified conversations with target businesses
Target average of 2 booked appointments per day after onboarding period
Maintain accurate CRM records
Improve response and conversion rates over time

Essential
Experience in B2B lead generation
Strong written English
Experience with outreach and appointment setting
Experience with AI prospecting platforms
Strong research skills
Good organisation and attention to detail
