Real Estate Video Editor Needed | Bruns Media Co.

Bruns Media Co. is a fast-growing real estate media company based in Central Florida, and we’re looking to add a talented video editor to our team.
We specialize in:
• Cinematic real estate videos
• Social media reels
• Lifestyle-style listing videos
• Drone footage
• AI-enhanced real estate content
We are specifically looking for an editor who has EXPERIENCE with AI photo-to-video editing. This is a requirement for the role. A large portion of our content involves creating lifestyle-driven AI videos from property photos and media, so you must be comfortable creating realistic, cinematic AI-generated sequences.

Requirements:
• Experience editing real estate or cinematic content
• Strong AI photo-to-video skills (REQUIRED)
• Understanding of pacing, transitions, and storytelling
• Ability to create engaging vertical social media edits
• Strong audio/music syncing skills
• Reliable communication
• Ability to work with both horizontal and vertical formats
• MUST be able to deliver projects within 24-48 hours maximum turnaround time

Bonus Skills:
• Motion graphics/text animations
• Color grading experience
• Experience with luxury or lifestyle content
This would be ongoing work with consistent projects as we continue growing. We currently work with agents and brokerages all across Central Florida.
