HubSpot CRM Specialist (VA) — Remote

About us
We're a growing remote team and we're building out our HubSpot CRM from the ground up. We need a skilled HubSpot specialist to come in and build things properly — pipelines, automations, workflows, dashboards, and integrations — so our team can operate efficiently and at scale.

What you'll be doing
You'll work closely with our operations team to take ownership of HubSpot build tasks. This includes setting up and refining deal pipelines and lifecycle stages, building automation workflows (lead routing, task creation, email sequences), creating dashboards and custom reports, managing contact data and segmentation, setting up forms and lead capture, and integrating HubSpot with tools like Slack, Gmail, Zoom, and Zapier.
This is a hands-on build role. If you're more comfortable maintaining an existing setup than building one, this probably isn't the right fit.

What we're looking for
2+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience (Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, or Operations Hub)
HubSpot certifications are a strong plus
Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party tools
Comfortable working independently and communicating async
Able to show examples of past builds — a Loom walkthrough of a portal you've built is ideal

Hours and rate
Part-time to start, approximately 15–20 hours per week with potential to grow. Rate is negotiable based on experience — we're looking at $10–$15/hr for the right person.
