Real Estate Cold Caller (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Cold Caller to join our growing real estate investment team. This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport, and helping uncover real estate opportunities.

You will be speaking with homeowners across the United States to identify motivated sellers and generate quality leads for our acquisitions team.

What You’ll Do:

* Make outbound calls to homeowners using our dialer system
* Build rapport and have natural conversations with property owners
* Gather important property information including:
* Condition
* Asking price
* Timeline
* Motivation for selling
* Properly update CRM and lead notes
* Follow scripts and training systems provided
* Submit qualified leads to management
* Attend daily tea ---------- etings and coaching sessions
* Work closely with lead managers and acquisitions team

What We’re Looking For

* Strong English communication skills (Spanish is a huge plus)
* Previous cold calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or sales experience
* Real estate cold calling experience preferred
* Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone for long periods
* Positive attitude and coachable mindset
* Reliable and consistent attendance
* Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
* Organized and detail oriented

* Backup internet/power source preferred
* Wired USB headset
* Computer/laptop capable of running multiple applications
* Ability to work US business hours (PST/CST/EST depending on account)
