Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to homeowners using a power dialer
Follow our call script and identify potential sellers
Accurately log call outcomes and notes in the CRM
Participate in weekly tea ---------- etings and coaching
Communicate ahead of time if you’re unavailable for a shift or meeting


Qualifications

Strong English communication skills with a clear/neutral accent
Prior experience in cold calling or real estate lead generation
Comfortable using CRMs, dialers (ReadyMode, Mojo, BatchDialer), and Google Workspace
Reliable internet (at least 10 Mbps) and a quiet work environment
Dependable, honest, and consistent in performance
Open to feedback, driven by goals, and confident in speaking with homeowners
