VSL / UGC Video Editor Meta Ads / E-Commerce

Are you a video editor who understands what makes people stop scrolling and actually buy?

We are a fast-growing e-commerce skincare brand running paid ads on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and we are looking for a talented video editor to join our team remotely.

What you will be doing:
You will receive a base avatar video (AI-generated talking head via Arcads) and your job is to transform it into a high-converting Meta ad by adding:

- B-roll footage (sourced from TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, or generated with AI tools like Higgsfield)
- Captions and on-screen text
- Music and sound effects
- Transitions and visual effects
- Any creative elements that make the video more engaging and impossible to skip

We will provide you with reference ads from the Meta Ads Library so you always know the direction and style we are going for. Your job is to execute and elevate.

What we are looking for:

- Proven experience editing short-form video for paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
- Strong eye for pacing — you know how to keep a viewer hooked from second 1 to the end
- Comfortable sourcing B-roll from social platforms and/or generating it with AI tools
- Very high level of English — you must understand ad copy and creative direction clearly
- Fast turnaround — we move quickly and need someone who does too
- Hungry to grow — this is not a job for someone looking to just clock hours
