Social Media Manager & Creative Outreach Coordinator

We are looking for a creative and highly motivated Social Media Manager & Outreach Assistant to help grow our new lifestyle and photography content studio in East London.

Our goal is to make the studio visible everywhere — Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and beyond — while building strong awareness within the London creative industry.

We are creating a beautiful multi-set content and photography studio designed for photographers, brands, models, content creators, artists, influencers, and creatives. We do not want the studio to sit empty — we want daily bookings and a strong creative community around the space.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and growing our social media platforms
• Creating engaging content from raw footage and behind-the-scenes clips
• Editing reels, TikToks, posts, stories, and marketing material
• Reaching out to photographers, models, brands, agencies, stylists, influencers, makeup artists, and creatives in London
• Using databases and outreach lists provided by us to connect with creatives and invite them to book the studio
• Helping build partnerships, collaborations, and awareness for the studio
• Responding to client enquiries and helping manage bookings/messages
• Posting consistently and helping us stay active across all platforms
• Bringing creative marketing ideas to help the studio grow fast

We are looking for someone who:

• Understands social media trends and creative marketing
• Has experience with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Is confident with outreach and communication
• Can turn raw content into high-quality engaging content
• Understands aesthetics, branding, and the creative industry
• Is proactive, organised, and passionate about helping a creative business grow
• Ideally has experience with photography studios, fashion, creators, or lifestyle brands
