Creative Web Designer / UI-UX Designer

Hello Designers!

Isla Capital is building a premium financial ecosystem focused on:

- Trader Development
- Market Intelligence
- AI Risk Protection
- Proprietary Trading Operations

This is NOT a generic trading website or “online course” brand.

We are creating a modern ecosystem that combines:

> fintech,
> education,
> trading,
> AI,
> analytics,
> and institutional-style branding.

We already have a strong visual direction, ecosystem concept and homepage mockups completed.
Now we are looking for a talented designer who can elevate and professionally execute this vision.

What We Need...
We are looking for a highly creative:

Web Designer / UI-UX Designer who can create:

- premium modern layouts,
- beautiful user experiences,
- fintech/SaaS-inspired interfaces,
- and visually impressive responsive web pages.

This role will focus on:

- homepage design,
- ecosystem pages,
- careers pages,
- landing pages,
- media sections,
- trader application flows,
- and future dashboard concepts.

IMPORTANT: We are NOT looking for...

generic WordPress template websites
“coach-style” landing pages
low-end VA web design
cookie-cutter agency work
basic Shopify-style layouts

We want someone who understands:
premium fintech aesthetics and modern web experiences.
Like:
- Stripe
- Linear
- Ramp
- Bloomberg
- TradingView
- modern AI/SaaS companies

Responsibilities...

Refine and professionally execute our existing homepage vision
Design desktop and mobile responsive layouts
Create cohesive UI/UX across multiple business divisions
Design landing pages and funnel experiences
Build visually impressive page sections and layouts
Help create a unified brand identity across the ecosystem
Collaborate on long-term visual direction

Skills Required...

Strong Figma experience
Excellent design instincts and layout skills
Modern UI/UX understanding
Strong typography and spacing
Responsive/mobile-first design
Ability to create premium dark-mode interfaces
Experience with animations/motion concepts is a plus

HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:
Fintech websites
Trading dashboards
SaaS interfaces
AI product design
Webflow
Framer
Modern landing pages
Interactive UI concepts
WEBFLOW EXPERIENCE STRONGLY PREFERRED

If you can both:
design beautifully AND implement designs in Webflow, that is a major advantage.
